Our Place
Pre-Establishment Resource
When schools are set up as community platforms, they have the potential to create powerful change.
Successful school-based platforms act as powerful multipliers by bringing together the existing investment in resources and services and placing children and families at the heart of collective efforts to improve education outcomes.
Colman Education Foundation and The Bryan Foundation have developed this resource to share learnings from our experience of establishing an integrated service delivery model using Schools as Community Platforms.
The purpose of the resource is to assist other organisations considering establishing similar models, but focusing on the pre-work needed to establish the enablers for successful implementation.
